Dough:
° A cup and a half cup of flour
° 120 g butter
° 2 tablespoons of blossom water
Filling:
50 g of boneless dates
° 50 g peeled almonds, coarsely chopped
° a pinch of cinnamon
° 3 tablespoons of blossom water
° a cup of vegetable oil
The method of work :
1- Put the flour, butter and blossom water in a bowl and mix them well.
2- Leave the dough in a warm place for two hours to rest.
3- Bring a bowl and mix the dates, almonds, blossom water and cinnamon together.
4- Divide the mixture into small pieces.
5- Stuff the dough with the date mixture in the shape of fingers and fry it in oil.
