Olive chicken

Quantities  :

1 chicken, cut to your liking

° 1 teaspoon of chicken spices

° 3 onions

° 1 teaspoon salt

° 1 half a teaspoon of pepper

  ° 1 teaspoon garlic

  ° Lemon juice or vinegar

2 small yellow limes, sliced

3½ cups of lukewarm water

1 cup of green olives

4 cups of oil for frying

road :

1- Take the chicken, wash it well, cut it up, then season it with the marinade and set it aside.

2- Bring a saucepan and heat the oil on the fire, then add the chicken until it blends, then add the onions and spices and mix them well while stirring over a high heat.

4- After 25 minutes, add the lemon slices and olives until they soften, then reduce the heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

5- Serve hot
