Moroccan macarons with jam


 the components:

  ° Half a kilogram of almond powder.

  ° Half a kilogram of fine sugar.

° Seven teaspoons each: flour and starch.

° Five teaspoons of apricot jam.

° Six egg whites.

° Nine teaspoons of cocoa.

° Encapsulated from sweet yeast

How to prepare:

We mix sugar, cocoa, starch, almonds, flour, jam and baking powder in a bowl. Mix the egg whites in the electric mixer. Gradually add the almond mixture with continuous mixing until a cohesive dough is formed. We form the mixture in the form of small balls, then put them in an oven tray lined with butter paper. We put the macarons in a medium oven for a quarter of an hour, or until golden.
