the components:
° 200 g minced meat
° A large onion, finely chopped
° a teaspoon of ground garlic
° a whole egg
° teaspoon salt
° A tablespoon of black pepper and cumin, as desired
° 2 tablespoons of ground coriander
° Sandwich bread or slices of toast
4° sandwich cheese slices
How to prepare :
Put the meat with onions, garlic and all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well until the ingredients are mixed together.
Then make the kofta ball and put it for six minutes, then flip it on the other side for another six minutes.
