Bechamel without butter



Ingredients

° Milk powder or plain milk, two cups

° flour two glasses

° vegetable oil half a cup

° salt teaspoon

° water a cup

° black pepper


How to prepare


Put the milk, flour, and salt in a side bowl and mix well.

Put the oil in a cooking pot, add the milk mixture over low heat, and continue mixing until you get a thick mixture.

Gradually add the water, and stir well until the mixture begins to boil for 3 minutes.

Remove the pot from the heat and use the mixture until you get a homogeneous texture.
