° 200 g red squash

° 2 carrot grains cut

1 sliced potato

° 1 chopped onion

° A little salt, black pepper and turmeric

° 2 pieces of cheese

How to prepare :

In a saucepan, put olive oil with onions and salt, and sauté chicken or meat over low heat until combined.

Add the vegetables and black pepper, fry them a little, then add enough water and hang the pot to level the vegetables
