Quantities :
° 250 g tamarind
° half a liter of hot water
° a cup of sugar
° one tablespoon rose water
° Half a liter of lukewarm water
° Red food coloring, as desired
road :
Crush the tamarind, then soak it in hot water and sugar, then cover the pot for two hours.
Mash the mixture with your hands, then filter it through a strainer.
Mix the mixture with rose water and food coloring and stir well.
Add the lukewarm water and stir well to smooth the texture of the juice.
