the components:


A grain of red or green apple.

° a grain of banana.

° Four grains of strawberries.

° a grain of kiwi.

° A few dates and raisins

° A little pineapple

° A glass of lemon or orange juice.

° a spoonful of sugar.


How to prepare:


  We wash the fruits, and cut them into cubes of proportional size. Place in a suitable dish, and sprinkle with sugar, dates and raisins. Stir a little, add the juice to it, put it in the fridge for fifteen minutes, then eat it.
