Barba juice



Quantities :


° half a kilo of fresh parba (beetroot)

° 3 islands

° 2 cucumber

° Half a liter of orange juice

° sugar as desired


road :


1. Boil the parsnips, then cut them into regular pieces. Wash the carrots and cucumbers and chop them. In an electric mixer, put all the ingredients together well until completely homogeneous and obtaining a liquid mixture. Put the juice in the fridge until serving.

Serve cold
